Returns
Only New and unchalked cues may be returned.Returns must be initiated within 48 hours of cue deliveryTracking must be provided and Cue recieved and inspected before refund will be issued.
Defects
We pride ourself on quality and have not had a defective cue to date. However in the event of a manufacture defect the cue must be returned to the maker for examination. Any Cue deemed defective will be repaired or replaced with a cue of equal or greater value of similair style an quality.
*Warpage is not a covered defect unless the cue is in unchalked and unplayed condition. Unfortunatley, we cannot guarantee how a cue was cared for once it leaves our shop.

Refunds
We strive to resolve any issues as quickly as possible.In the event of a cue being lost or damaged in the mail we will not issue any refunds until a decision in made by the post master. Once the cue is shipped it is out of control
